Pequad's deep dish is excellent. What sets their deep dish apart from other well known Chicago deep dish restaurants, is the outer crust around the pizza. This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I ordered a sausage deep dish pizza to go with a light crust. The pizza had a generous amount of sauce, which was tasty but slightly overwhelming, more reminiscent of spaghetti sauce. The sausage was sprinkled around and was decent.
