We were invited to a unique experience in Cambridge UK a small, unassuming seafood restaurant. You would never imagine that behind this door, amid simple surroundings, would be such an elegant culinary artist. Our host called and pre ordered because this is a small restaurant with very high standards. It was like having a persona chef. He went and sourced the seafood personally, a Dorset blue lobster. As we are from Boston, we thought we know lobsters. We were wrong. Cooked to order, with garlic, spring onion, and a certain kind of chili spice, we have never tasted anything like it.
