This is a bit out of the way for me but when I'm in the area I always try to stop by. The menu is pretty small but the main feature is the ramen. You have a choice between 3 types of broth and 2 types of pork. Prices are very reasonable at about $8 and you can get extra noodles for an extra $1. If you are hungry they had an add on for side dishes which makes for an extra large meal. They have some other options for ramen (e.g spicy) as well as side dishes. It's generally busy during the dinner hours but nothing crazy. They only accept cash and debit as payment which is something to note. There is nothing overly fancy about the service or decor but the ramen is great and well priced.

There are other good Ramen places in Greater Vancouver but this is probably one of the better Ramen place in Burnaby. The only complaints I have with the restaurant is that its tad expensive compared to the other Ramen restaurants and they don't have the variety of ramen dishes as the other place. Also, its not as big as some other restaurants. They only have Vegetarian, Chashu and boiled chicken. So if you want more variety and larger portions go to another ramen restaurant.

We wanted to have Ramen on the weekend. Found this place and decided to try it. Nice little place, nothing fancy (I like that.) Simple menu with different Ramen choices. We all ordered miso ramen ,added $1 for extra noodles. Everything tastes very good. Just surprised none of them came with an egg like in the picture? Maybe it's extra but we missed it. Will definitely come back!

Been here many times already and this is the perfect place for inexpensive delicious ramen. I wouldn't say Hakkku is the best one in Vancouver, but lunch specials are unbeatable! They're definetely filling as well and you pay lesser than ones in downtown Vancouver. Tips: NO wifi here, cash and debit are accepted. (If you're a tourist, CDN cash is a must)!
