Hamamori is a longtime favorite but usually for omakase at the sushi bar. This time it was a seated lunch with a business associate. Absolutely delightful; the restaurant itself has a simple sophistication to it with white, blue design and amazing light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. My guest had the Nabeyaki Udon which came with five pieces of tempura (learned you dip it in the broth from friendly server) and dark and white meat chicken. Generous portion and a deal for $15. I ordered the Lunch Special of assorted sushi with house salad and miso soup. Fish was pristine and melted in your mouth. The tamago (Japanese omelet) piece was a treat. Had a nice crowd. Celebrated a birthday this past weekend and we were really impressed with the entire meal. Although a bit on the pricey side once you add sake and mixed drinks, the quality of the food was incredible. Unique dishes, melt in your mouth sashimi, delicious rolls, and great appetizers. The birthday cheesecake dessert was light and airy and just the right touch of sweet. Will definitely return!!!!
Our server Hiroko was very attentive as well as all the staff. Always made sure our water/ tea was full. The sushi/ sashimi was top quality. Our appetizers were delicious especially the ishiyaki (wagyu beef) where we cooked on a hot lava stone. The beef melted in your mouth. Definitely recommend if you want top quality food. Can't wait to come back.
Great service, solid food. They were out of a couple dishes which was frustrating but also a good sign of their demand. I would go back. I recommend the snapper (sushi), striped jack (sushi), and ribeye. The lobster and tamago are good but skippable.

Very good food and the our server was very informative and knowledgeable. Uni is my favorite and their uni shooter was pretty tasty. Of course, the restaurant a little pricey but I’d definitely return for another special occasion.
Happy Hour was amazing! Ice cold beer and delicious sushi rolls. We really enjoyed the edamame, kalamari and trio appetizer. Two thumbs up!
Sashimi fish quality is always very fresh. Service is attentive and informative.
