arrived from a concert in LA, very hungry wanted some japanese food most ramen shops closed, we find this one still open. At 11:30 we get there, we order take out because we dont want to keep the staff they can go home as scheduled. the food was made FAST We bring the food home the take out was very considerably packaged well. they separated the soup from the noodle the curry from the curry rice. amazing. then tasting the food was so GOOD. I had the curry with chicken egg fried rice on the side, i have tasted many curries this one did not taste like cheap powder from the curry box. There are not many restaurants that serve food until midnight, but we were pleasantly surprised to find Kyushu Ramen open at 10:30pm on a Monday. This was a rare find as most restaurants are typically closed on Mondays.
