The best way to put it… a terrible product that sells like crazy.. compared to Gelato Paradiso their standards are very terrible, the ice cream melts all over your hands, the waffle cones break, but yet I I still keep coming back here hoping it will get better… but of course, that is never going to happen. Another thing that is actually really annoying Is that they hire all these high school students that really don’t know what they’re doing. For example, one time I asked for a waffle cone with ice cream and the ice cream was terrible. It was basically half melted, and when I asked him if I can get a different flavor of ice cream, he said oh no sorry what you got is what you get… good LUCK !!!
Great ice cream. We frequent this establish and also the one closer to our house and both have an excellent choice of ice cream, shakes, hurricanes and more.The lines can get a bit long, but you know what they say..... Something about good things coming to those who wait or something?!? it's true. If you do see a line out the door, trust me, it's worth it!Price is decent, line moves quick, ice cream is delicious and workers are very nice and knowledgeable about the different flavors.Will try to update with photos currently just stopping to get a shake for the ride home from Universal.
First time going here and i head straight to the register cause idk how it works inside since it was empty. And idk if this girl is new or what but i was there for like 20 seconds without any acknowledgment and we just looked at each other for good 5 seconds and not even a hi or smile so i just said my order. But overall i like the ice cream it’s very creamy and good amount of oreo chunks!And no bloating so that’s a plus for me!
The service is good and so are the flavors I’ve had! My one issue is that they don’t allow samples. I️ don’t love buying my kid a cone without them trying it first since it’s not always what they are expecting. I’m sure they have a reason but it definitely makes me hesitate choosing Handel’s over somewhere else when I want to treat my son!
