Restaurant upstairs, I was in the area with colleagues for training. Sunday we arrive at the closure after 6H drive. The kitchen was cleaned and the boss still serves us. tacos well load and very well. We come back this day to eat a rib of maturation beef and it's wonderfully good! The doner sandwich is SO GOOD so much so that we recommended one, the bread is homemade and is soft on the inside and crispy on top, the meat is delivered daily from the butcher next door and the chef makes the chicken spit himself, the staff is friendly and friendly, in short a little gem at Neuf Brisach!

service and eating are really excellent here. the price/performance ratio is correct, only for one and a lamb. butter soft meat best quality, fried at the point! we were invited by the chef on espresso. Thank you for that!
