with wonderful weather we spent an hour in the mountain restaurant hannig. the lookout from there is impressive.The service was friendly and the glace tasted good.Besides the restaurant it has a small children's playground and a cradle with goats - gämschi for the foreigners;-) - which can be stroked. very especially liked the two wild murmelts, which are immediately under the restaurant with fruity feeding. in my next life I would like to be murmeltier in saas fee! -:)a cable car ride to the mountain restaurant hannig is an experience for the tourist and included in the so-called bürgerpass (fr. 7 per day).
.at least when visiting this mountain restaurant you leave the lift left. the intention is not as phenomenal as in the panoramic restaurant on the glitter but quite rewarding and eating is tasty but does not reach the same level as the price. ambiente nothing special but ok. summarized: as a reward for a mountain hike which is also suitable as an beginners and truly recommended. I would only try the lift for the meal there, but probably not.
We have lunched at the hannig shepherdstaurant after having been on the morning from Saas-Fee. very pleasant terrace to relax and eat well. the kitchen is the classic of the Swiss mountains. After lunch, you have the choice between taking or taking the cable car or taking one of the many hikes that start near the restaurant, you may meet there like us the herd of goats, unless you go down to the scooter. marmots to feed near the restaurant.
the mountain restaurant is easily accessible by gondolas of the Hannigbahn. the excellent service and the fine eating fit perfectly to the beautiful view. it is also worth planning a trip for the fine desserts. a mountain ride enough as it has a beautiful way back to saas fee.

A must do for visitors in the summer, for adults and kids alike, you will get to feed the marmots with a bag of natural goodies from the restaurant. Oh, and the food is marvellous for humans too!!! Best rosti around
there should be good cakes on the horny, we had suppe, I sweet cream, my man a vegetable soup with sausage and cheese.That was plentiful and good, but quite expensive, how to eat in berrestaurants.
A restaurant on top of a mountain is always welcoming. Especially with children. Standard children's menu which is good enough when out and about in the snow. The soup was filling and very tasty.
This is the place to eat on the mountain. Special for kids. with playgrounds in and outside. Animal park to see the locals. Good food and service.
