We have frequented this restaurant many times over the years but sadly made our last visit recently. A few weeks ago we ordered a takeaway of what used to be a lovely dish, unfortunately the standard had dropped so much that I called and discussed it with the manager. Everything seemed to be watered down and had no taste and instead of fresh tasting vegetables in the curry everything just seemed to be mush, even the sauce supplied with spring rolls was like water. He explained what he thought had happened and offered to replace free of charge the next time we ordered which is obviously a positive move and he appreciated it being brought to his attention. We ordered the replacement last week...

El restaurante es masivo, pero siempre se cierran del área de arriba y tienen límites donde la gente debe sentarse. El restaurante nunca está ocupado, probablemente, ya que no está limpio, mal servicio y también no cumple con la auténtica comida vietnamita. He tenido sopa de fideos de arroz HANS con mariscos. Los mariscos que sirven están congelados, el calamar en mi sopa de fideos no estaba bien cocinado y todavía estaba congelado, no era comestible y muy masticable, yuck. Además, la sopa no sabe auténtica y sabrá si ha probado la comida "real vietnamita", la sopa degustó como agua con salsa de soja y algunos problemas aromatizantes MSG.

Worst Restaurant ever !
The restaurant is massive yet they always close off the upstairs area and have boundaries on where people should sit . The restaurant is never ever busy probably because its not clean, bad service and also it does not serve Authentic vietnamese food. I have had Hans Rice noodle soup with seafood. The seafood they serve are frozen, the squid in my noodle soup was not cooked properly and was still frozen it was not edible and very chewy, yuck. Also the soup does not taste authentic and you'll know if you have tasted 'Real Vietnamese' food , the soup tasted like water with soy sauce and some flavouring probs msg.
This restaurant is just bad from the start. I don't know...
Have dined at many Han's Café outlets over the past twenty or so years, first visit to Morley today (Saturday) for lunch after a movie at the nearby movie complex.Ordered one of my favourite meals "Japanese Grilled Fish Rice"....it was perfect - the outside was slightly crisp on the outside with the fish cooked just right. It came with a nice sauce which made the dish delicious - not many outlets make the dish exactly like this.I also had the obligatory fried spring rolls....all in all I will be back.There is inside and outside dining - I chose indoor today to keep cool on a hot day.Recommended.

Nothing is more appealing than a very nice waitress who is polite and courteous and eager to please. I was dining alone prior to seeing a movie and the restaurant was not yet busy as it was just before "dinner time"...obviously a good time to eat here as it does get a lot busier later into the evening. The food was reasonable, no complaints and the wine was nice. Affordable menu, nice food, nice waitress, made for a pleasant night out.
Been here in many occasions. Is great for a quick bite to eat or when needing somewhere for a large group. Serving sizes are very generous and staff are always helpful and friendly. A favorite dish would be the Beef Stir Fried Noodles.
Manos por la mejor cafetería Hans, he estado en Perth. La comida siempre es fresca y la mayoría de los platos saben muy bien. El servicio es rápido y la comida es barata, ¡así que es una comida asequible!
Llegó tarde un jueves cerca de cierre y estaba vacío. Era bueno y rápido. No era demasiado caro y amaba las albóndigas. La sopa de Wonton era promedio, pero Stir Fry era agradable con fideos gruesos.

Hands down the best Hans cafe I have been to in Perth. The food is always fresh and most of the dishes taste great. Service is fast and the food is cheap so it's an affordable meal out!
Came late on a Thursday near closing and was empty. Was good and fast. Wasn't too expensive and loved the dumplings. Wonton soup was average but stir fry was nice with thick noodles.
