Happy Bagel Bakery

Bagels are good but service is poor. The place is called happy bagel yet the staff all look like the came out of a funeral. Rude and surely in their demeanor, no smiles, not pleasant and very impatient. And it cost an extra dollar for things that should be included such as pickles or lettuce on your sandwich or honey for your coffee. Kinda ridiculous. Also the coffee was cold and my mother had a tummy ache afterwards. There are better bagel places out there. Please fire everyone and hire more pleasant staff or start paying them more so they won 't hate their jobs and project it on the customer!

Happy Bagel. Love the freshly bake goods. Bagel tasted almost like the one you get from Montreal without you driving a long distant. <br/ <br/ Price: reasonable but some items were quite pricy compare to other places I had visited.<br/ <br/ Service: friendly but when there is a rush of customers.........customer service is out the window : Also, When you get the sanchwich, you have to ask them to toast your bagel or bread. They do not ask you if you like it toasted or not!

This review is about the poor customer service offered. The older lady serving the customer is extremely miserable and should not interact with the customers if she cannot even be polite. She was scolding me as if I was a child for changing my order. Not like she had charged me or the order was being made. Then she began to speak about me in Russian to her coworker as if I did not understand her very disgusting lady. Go for the food but expect a side of rudeness

We both enjoyed luxurious cream cheese sandwiches, accompanied by a cherry danish. I also tried a Caramilk milkshake for the first time—delicious! Moreover, when we spent around $30.00, we received an extra six bagels for free! What an amazing deal! The food was also quite good! Thank you, Mom, for taking us there! The best bagels ever! These are just like the ones I used to get when I lived in NJ. They are soft and have the perfect crisp exterior. Parking is available but can sometimes be scarce. 12 for $6.00 is such a good price for such good quality!

The atmosphere here is wonderful! We visit every weekend to enjoy their bagels and croissants, and occasionally pick up some cream cheese and jam. Everything is always fresh, delicious, and fairly priced.

Consistently the sweetest and kindest staff and amazing food. I feel very well taken care of every time I enter this lovely establishment. The bagels are fresh and delicious! The service fabulous!

Their baked goods were fresh and delicious. The cheese danish and feta spinach were some of our favourites.
