I had looked up the menu on-line and was excited since I saw several things I wanted to try, however when I went to the restaurant the menu was more limited and many of the items I saw on-line were not on the menu or available. The photos and website of this restaurant make it appear much better than it actually is. The reality doesn't match the online representation. This is not a sit-down restaurant. The one employee on duty was quite rude and failed to greet us as we approached the counter. We had to get his attention while he sat on his phone, clearly ignoring us. Automatically adds a 20% service charge on the food. I was gonna tip that much anyways, but I would like to have a choice in the matter. Basically just makes the food look less expensive on the menu.Food was not worth the price— I had the vegan burrito bowl (12 dollars on the menu, 15 after the gratuity charge), with no drink and no sides. I really enjoyed the burger, especially the patty melt, which was one of the most unique burgers I've ever tasted—in a good way! Initially, I was skeptical about the yucca chips, but by the second bite, I was completely won over. I should mention that the prices are slightly on the higher side, which I understand considering it's upscale dining, but it felt a bit steep to me. The service was decent, though the staff at the brewery where the restaurant is located could have been friendlier. However, that was the only place to grab drinks (like Pepsi). I also wish they offered French fries as an alternative to just the yucca chips. Overall, the food was incredibly delicious!

Man the Hot dogs look good. I Ordered a Hot Dog at 11:57, they open at 12. After waiting 25 minutes I went to check on the order. The gentleman tells me it will be 30 more minutes because he had a bunch of orders in front of me. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to wait an hour for a hot dog. I asked to cancel the order. After reviewing the orders, there was 3 orders in front of me. If you know you’re going to be busy on a game day, get some more help. Seems like 1 guy would have a hard time sending out orders in a timely manor.
I found the $18 price tag, plus additional fees, for a burger served with stale bagged chips to be quite excessive. The tacos were underwhelming as well, and the tortilla chips and jarred salsa were stale. I recommend visiting ten20, but not for the food.
All of my experiences with Happy Belly have been great! The food is made with love and tastes amazing! The services is great, Ashlee and Tatiana couldn’t be more friendly! Highly recommend stopping by to see them at Ten20 Brewery!
My burger was amazing. The perfect medium cook delicioous toppings and the broccoli on the side was perfectly cooked and seasoned as well. The customer service was on point as well
