First of all this was one of, if not the worst services I've ever received from a restaurant. We were the 3rd group into the doors at 5pm. We received our first round of drinks really quickly. After that we were just simply forgotten about. I had to get up to ask for service for food. 30 minutes had passed and people who came in after us were having their orders taken. The pizzas looked lovely, but we didn't pay £17 for a pizza base. Where were all the toppings??? 5 pizzas In total, all lacking decent toppings. Massive let down. We really enjoyed the food at this restaurant, but our overall experience was quite strange. It seems like many restaurants have suffered since Covid, and this one may be one of them. We were disappointed to find that the vegan options we had come for were different from what was displayed online, and many of them were not available, especially the desserts. With only one staffer on duty, the service was a bit slow and probably overwhelming for him. The women's restroom was in poor condition with broken locks, empty and broken toilet paper dispensers, and a lack of soap. The men's restroom had no running water.
