Tough Mary's Bakehouse

I have been buying my sourdough bread at Tough Mary since they opened. The variety is fantastic especially the full of flavour baguettes, crunchy on the crust and soft inside. Probably best in the Midlands. The croissants are a treat and the range of savoury bites excellent. Luckily I live 15 minutes walk away. Wishing them all a great future

We stopped here for some traditional breads and sweets. They have a wide selection of sourdoughs and other traditional breads as well as a nice selection of croissants and pastries. The country sourdough loaf had excellent crumb and finish and a mild taste. The pastries were nicely seasoned but had a nice balance of seasoning to bread taste.

Passing through Nottingham and got a selection of sandwiches for myself and my colleagues. The miso Brussels sprout sandwich was the stand out, followed closely by the whipped Stilton and roasted veg, so so delicious. I also got the banana bread which was absolutely perfect, nice and moist without being too dense!

I really enjoy this vibrant yellow restaurant! I love their rotating menu items, although I am particularly fond of their cinnamon monster croissants. It's the perfect spot for a quick break during the workday or a delicious snack in the morning. Their filter coffee is also excellent! Reserva una mesa ahora

We recently moved a short walk away and luckily found this place. It is amazing, and possibly the best bakery I’ve ever been in. The vegan mozzarella sandwich is delicious as is the sourdough, doughnuts and to be honest every other thing I have bought. You won’t regret a visit.

The coffee at this restaurant is truly delightful and the baked goods are fantastic. The pastries are particularly impressive. It would be great to have more vegan choices available, however. It is also a nice touch to be able to see the kitchen where everything is prepared.

I tried the lamb sandwich, which should really be called a Mutton Fat Sandwich. I was not impressed. The bread was good, but I had a lingering taste of lamb fat in my mouth for the rest of the day.

My brother kindly purchased the Ciabatta bread and the banana Walnut slice. Absolutely delicious! Will definitely revisit, Thank you

Great breakfast spot for different choices. The bread is amazing especially the foccacia was really good
