Wow, what a terrible experience. There was apparently no bartender on duty. We sat at the bar for dinner and drinks, and when my boyfriend ordered a Kentucky mule (bourbon, ginger beer, and lime juice), the server responded, "I’m not a bartender, I can’t make mixed drinks." Even after my boyfriend explained the recipe, she still refused, saying, "No, I’m not making that, sorry." Honestly, I don’t even blame the server—I hold the manager and owner responsible for their absence and the poor management. I will never be returning.

This place was great for food and entertainment. My wife and I ended up here two nights during our week in Stroudsburg. Once for trivia night, and another for a live singer. We had a hard time finding live entertainment because most places are closed during the week, so this place saved our trip. They have a friendly atmosphere and indoor and outdoor seating.

If I could give this place more stars, I absolutely would! My girlfriend and I fell in love with the atmosphere and the fantastic food. The burgers are simply delicious, and the staff is extremely friendly. We will definitely be returning! Edit: The prices are also very reasonable!
I had to change my review. I don't know why this place is the total opposite of how nice it used to be. Please tell the front of house staff on the evening of 10/8/22 I am sorry. They did the best they could, and I honestly don't think it was their fault. Good luck.
We love love love Happy Hour Bar and Grill. Their menu is so fun and evolving, I never know what to order because I want it all. This is an A+ bar menu with attention to details. The homemade fries and chips are perfect. Their sandwich menu isunique and memorable. :

**Notes/Tips:** During the COVID-19 pandemic, the staff wears masks and gloves. There is plenty of parking available both in their lot and on the street. The restaurant is wheelchair-accessible and high chairs are available for younger guests.
