Happy Lamb Hot Pot

I visited Little Sheep in Nov 2015 with a large group (15+ and I first need to applaud the staff for trying their best to accommodate us. I've never had hot pot before and I didn't know what to expect however I must admit that as soon as I realised the deal, I was more than a little bit surprised when I saw the way in which the different food items went into the pot. I prefer my meat limed and seasoned before it is cooked (I'm West Indian . However I tried to remain open and embrace the new experience. I enjoy the authentic flavors of Sichuan hot pot. Abeit in China the meats and veggies are substantially different the spices are very similar. Service is good and the waiters are attentive to novice hot-potters. I do like the bisected pot. Mild side yellow, red side spicy. The combos come with a large varity of raw veggies, thinly sliced meats (the little lamb is best) and noodles. You drop the raw morsels in the pot yourself and in a minute or 2 fish it out of the pot for an explosion of flavor on your pallet. I've enjoyed every visit.

It's really a hot boiling pot in hot season. It is crazy to eat hot pot in hot summer. Boiling lamb sheet, beef sheet, tofu, fillet, fish ball, meat ball, squid ball, various vegetable, with sesame sauce, garlic oil sauce, and chopped green onion, chopped parsley. The pot is separate with one normal chicken soup and another spicy sichuan soup. You have a chance to taste two different type. When eating, be sweating too. Oh, don't forget drink a cold ice plum juice. You will love the hot pot.

You can't miss the mixed hot-pot. Half regular, half spicy. It's a completely authentic place, a little piece of China in Houston. If you're there try their different meats, and also the veggies, you will discover new and exciting flavors with a nice kick of Asian spices.

This is a place you cna try a veyr authentic Mongolian hot pot. Once we found this place, we stoped going other places for hot pot.
