We eat Peruvian food often. Pros: the chicken and the fries were great. The salad and dressing were not. The dressing is very vinegary and not the creamy style that is typical. To me it tasted “chemically.” The rice was ok. Store was clean. Good Criolla music. They made a mistake on our order, and handled it very well. Staff (except for the waitress) were nice. Cons: they have gone from a fast food model to a sit down. So now you have to tip. And in our case the waitress was impatient, dismissive of questions and rather useless. I found we had to get up to get most things ourselves anyway. Later during our stay, she took her break and loudly talked on her phone. They serve the food with the...

I have come several times to this restaurant . When I mention several times its an under statement, this was due to several factors like good food, servers and atmosphere. However, the owner decided to use cheap meat for the Lomo Salteado and therefore it has completely ruin the dish. A dish that’s traditional made with a quality cut of meat. You don’t need to work in the kitchen to realize the change in both flavor and tenderness.I also try the Bistec a Caballo which supposed to come in a nice individual seal package according to the chef…so I went for it with high expectations and anticipation. Unfortunately it also disappointed both my jaw and my taste buds.I hope the owner realizes that...

As I mentioned in a previous review, if we tried them again I'd update my review. When a place is known for a specific dish you should definitely order it because omg the chicken here is absolutely delicious. Las Brasas actually sent basically a voucher and wow that was so appreciated so we immediately tried them again. We ordered the white meat chicken, which was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. The portion was very large imo and was more than enough food for the two of us. The plantains were so much better than before and the French fries were good too. I would totally recommend giving this place a try!

The chicken was ok. Came out cold and the surface looked dry like it’s been sitting uncovered. The rice has eggshell in it. Lomo saltado was seasoning right but the meat… a tiger would cry if he has to chew on that thing. 2 stars for the sauce thoFood: 2/5
