Bad customer service and terrible drink!!!When I asked the cashier lady about the pudding flavor for the chocolate milk pudding , she just told me “just regular pudding”, because I don’t know the mean of “regular” for the pudding flavor, I said the question again, she was still inpatient and cannot answered the question properly! After I got this drink, I found it was a little bit, and pudding is very fewer, it is totally terrible taste!
If you find yourself in Flushing, you'll discover a wide variety of bubble tea shops to choose from! This particular place is merely average. There are definitely better options nearby, but there are also some that are significantly worse. The service here was a bit slow as well. Recommendations: The Taro Smoothie and any of the fruit drinks are worth trying. The foam drinks are decent, but nothing extraordinary.
I was initially concerned based on the reviews, but I ended up enjoying my experience. I ordered the classic bubble tea, and the boba was pretty good—I'd rate it an A-. It was almost perfect, though some of the pearls were a little hard inside. My husband tried the mango lemonade, which looked beautiful. I do think the prices are a bit high for this area; paying five bucks for a drink seems steep.
I had an excellent Okinawa milk tea here! The tea was sweet and creamy, while the pearls were chewy and tasty. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a unique milk tea experience that differs from the usual Gong Cha. The cashier placed an order for taro milk tea instead of what I wanted. When I realized, I told her that I wanted jasmine green milk tea, not taro milk tea. Both the cashier and the lady who was making the tea gave me an attitude. They didn’t even apologized, and acting like it was my fault. Poor service.
The service was lacking. We specifically requested that the smoothie be made sweet and even repeated our request multiple times to ensure it was clear. However, what we received was a banana smoothie that was completely devoid of sweetness. They did not take our order properly.
