I recently purchased Harbor Seafood canned Super Lump Crabmeat and Claw Crabmeat after learning that they supply crab to my local McCormick and Schmick's restaurant. The crab cakes I made using the Super Lump Crabmeat were the best I've ever had, and I live in Maryland where we take our crabs seriously. I also used the Claw Crabmeat in a delicious bow tie pasta dish with butter, garlic, capers, red pepper flakes, and cherry tomatoes, which has become a favorite meal in our household. I'm grateful to have found this supplier during the pandemic, and being able to order online has been a nice convenience. The company is responsive to emails, and the product arrived quickly and well-chilled.
