Hardee's - Reserva de mesa

Sept 20, 2023 at approximately 6:10 PMStopped here at Love’s for gas, went inside Hardee’s for food and I’m standing at the counter waiting for someone to notice me, I watch a young male employee with short dark hair eating out of the French fry bin with his bare hands. Then he turned around and sees me watching him as he walks towards me thinking he’d take my order. Nope!!!!! I started shaking my head in disgust, turned around and walked straight out to my truck to write this review.Now I’m headed down the street to McDonalds which is where I recommend everyone else goes too.

I recently visited for a shake and a cinnamon roll. I had to wait about five minutes at the counter before anyone helped me. Several employees were wearing earbuds and listening to music, and there was also background music playing. I think they need to pay a bit more attention to their work. The food was enjoyable, but the service left something to be desired. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 2.

This Hardee's should really just close completely. Cold burgers non melted cheese, fries full of grease and hard buns. Do better. Employees standing at the counter on the phone, yelling about coworkers that called out. You can obviously tell zero managers in this one. Certainly not worth the money spent not the money wasted on the hourly wages

I’ve been coming here every week for a few months. Normally I get amazing service and hot food. This time it looked like everyone in there was upset and my food was cold, and they only gave me 1/ third of a cup of gravy and I ordered 3 cups because I like extra gravy. I would not recommend stopping here if you’re hungry. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had the worst mushroom burger I've ever eaten at Hardee's. They piled on about ten mushrooms, which just didn't work. I also ordered a large lemonade, and it was laughably small—I've got coffee cups at home that are bigger! I will never spend a dime at Hardee's again; I’d rather starve!

Service was horrible, fries where cold, and had two employees sitting on their lunch and dropping the f bomb while we where trying to eat with our family. This is sad because short of driving to town we try to support our local restaurants. Don't care to go back to this location again.

The fast food service was efficient, and I appreciated the quickness. However, my burger wasn't as hot as I would have liked; it could have been warmer. On my last visit, the sandwich was very warm, so that was a pleasant experience.

If I could give a zero I would. They ARE NOT open 24 hrs. It is 7 am and they are not even open now. Thank God they have hot dogs on the roller grill. Reserva una mesa ahora

I really enjoy a good burger, but I found my Famous Star and Frisco Burger to be a bit disappointing considering the price.

Never answer the drive through falsely advertising open 24 hours waste of time and gas.
