Hardee’s - Reserva de mesa

They got my order wrong, and the only thing I ordered was a ham and cheese Frisco with NO EGG. Instead, they served me eggs and cheese Frisco with no ham... I didn't check my order until I returned home, and which time I called to speak with the manager. The guy who was working the drive through answered my call I explained to him my issues and he promptly got the manager on the phone HOWEVER he was being very loud and rude in the background and using curse words I informed the manager that I could hear her rude employee in the background and she apologized and assured me he would be dealt with appropriately. As a truck driver I travel and frequently stop at fast food establishments. 90% of the time the service is poor and food is mediocre at best. I was pleasantly surprised at this this Hardee’s. The two ladies I encountered were awesome. Great service. Sounded genuine. Smiles on their faces as they worked and engaged with me. Food came out promptly, fresh, hot, and accurate. Seems so simple to execute but not many can do it these days. Thank you ladies for the awesome service and food. I really appreciate it. I stopped by on 10-11-23 around 11am. One younger lady worked the counter and the other I think was working drive thru and helping the front counter.

The food was cooked fresh and was very good. The issue was when I went back up to get a shake. I waited for 10 minutes as employees passed by me at the counter, never taking my order. Finally, someone stopped and asked if I needed something, so I placed my order. It took them another 5 minutes to make a shake and forgot to put the whip cream on it.There was a lady with a headset who was cleaning trays while I was waiting that kept saying I should leave, but I won't do that to you guys. It was the same lady that was walking around the whole time we were there talking on the headset constantly like she was talking on the phone.

Waited at the counter for atleast 5 minutes becore i was even seen tryed to get their attention mutliple times. Seems as it they dident even care i was their. Once our order was placed it was like i was at a restaurant not a fast food place took forever. Then the idiot at the counter tried to give a i side order through the drive through. Everybody wonders why hardees are closing this is why their service sucks!!! Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was cold.Prices are hot!Parking: Watch the parking lot!You could lose a small car in the potholes. The parking lot is plain awful!

I needed coffee, and they were out. I ordered the sourdough burger, but the burger itself tasted freezer burnt and microwaved. So sad.
