This Hardee's is horrible ? the general manager does not know what she is doing and has no customer service skills once so ever and I guess her husband is also a manager with her at that location. I've reached out to customer service twice for a refund with no return message back? I even email the district manager Corrine with the response back I just want my refund I have both receipts still where the African lady named Kathy says she refunded me but lied because she told me to get my refund online because I paid online and the chicken was not fresh I left my food there and simply wanted a refund and is still have yet to get a refund this is a horrible place she treats her employee like gar...

I have to say, the service, food, and staff have always been excellent during my visits to this restaurant. However, I felt compelled to share my recent experience. My friend and I went there on a Friday night around 10:45 PM, even though they close at midnight. We pulled up to place our order and waited for about 5-6 minutes. We assumed they might be busy or perhaps closing early, so we decided to leave. As we drove past the window, I noticed a staff member watching us leave and laughing uncontrollably. He saw us waiting but chose not to take our order. Because of this experience, I won't be returning to this Hardee's location. It's unfortunate, as I had always enjoyed their food and servic...

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant! I visited the drive-thru twice. The first time, I tried to order chicken strips, but they had stopped serving them just 15 minutes before closing. I was informed that I could only order burgers, so I reluctantly went along with it. Unfortunately, the burgers tasted like they had been microwaved. A couple of months later, I decided to give it another chance. This time, I was told that the fryer was broken again, and I could only get burgers. I chose to walk away without ordering. I doubt management pays attention to these reviews, especially since most of them are negative.

Why does this Hardees close at 7pm but google says 10pm? Managers always be outside smoking with all the lights off. Why do they just close the drive through when short staffed, but still have at least 3 people working? Isnt it easier to close the inside? Wish this Hardees was actually open when they say they will be. Area managers should look into this poorly run store. Reserva una mesa ahora

We were the only ones on the drive thru, and they still made us wait? Not to mention that we didnt recieve our fries and they almost forgot our drinks also. Just very dissatisfied because there use to be a very good team working and now just feels like theyre trying to get by using poor fast food ethics. Very disappointing.

The staff at the drive-thru were among the rudest and most unhappy I've encountered. They didn't even greet us with a "good morning," "hello," or "thank you," or anything friendly. It was quite disappointing.

I ordered a Frisco burger, and it was absolutely delicious, though a bit on the pricey side. The staff was wonderful, welcoming me with a smile, which is something quite rare to come by these days.

I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich. It was over $7, just for the sandwich. Maybe corporate executives should give up some bonuses to help keep prices lower!!! Just saying! Reserva una mesa ahora

ALWAYS check your receipt. They overcharged 2 of the 3 of us in our group. And did not seem surprised in the least bit that it happened.
