Hardee's - Reserva de mesa

Our food was fresh and hot. The staff was limited, but did their best. Very polite and invited us back. I did order by burger with no ketchup and got ketchup on it. My granddaughter ordered ketchup and got no ketchup. (They were two different types of burgers, so we couldn't just switch)But they were mild mistakes. We were actually the only customers there, so it really shouldn't have happened,big the ticket was read carefully. My grandson's food was perfect. I do eat at this location, so I'm familiar with it and it's usually done correctly. They have no issue with correcting a fix either.Easy in and out location.

The food here is acceptable, but the dining room hours are completely inconsistent. One morning I arrived at 6:30 AM, and they were open, while the next day I went at 7:00 AM and found the place closed, with the drive-thru line extending out onto the road. Not everyone has half an hour to wait in the drive-thru when they could easily walk in and grab their order. It’s frustrating to hear them say they’re short-staffed when I see two employees sitting at a table, just looking at me as I try to open the door!

It was so good I forgot to take a picture of my low carb burger! Pregnancy craving of their super star wrapped in crunchy fresh lettuce and lots of Buffalo sauce!!! Omg! Drooling! Hahahaha I am one HAPPY PREGNANT CUSTOMER!!! I drove from the next town just to satisfy this craving and they came through!! I could cry of happiness! Now to wrap it up with an afternoon nap. You have to check your bag before you leave the drive thru. They will forget an item that you paid for 100% of the time. It think this is a post pandemic thing because this didn't really happen before. I imagine this franchise owner doesn't pay workers well and can't keep good help around.

The employee initially told me that they didn't have the product that was advertised. However, another employee claimed that they did have it. Additionally, the first employee struggled to give me the correct change and needed assistance.

cheap food and the feeling here is very good. The staff is always beautiful, even if they have a whole house. I'm back. This place has a good feeling for it. Atmosphere and food reminds me of Virginia Beach.

Cheap food at this place very delicious. It's so savory. It has a beautiful interior. Feels like a New York restaurant I liked.
