been here again this afternoon fir hubby's birthday meal, new specials board available, omg, every dish we had was absolutely amazing, Jerkchicken especially, so tasty, steak tagliatelle couldn't be faulted too, absolutely perfect, not sure who chef is here but they need to be praised big time, they definitely know their stuff, we'll be back before you know it, thanks again for a fab birthday afternoon

Decent bar Which is local to me. Beer is reasonably priced, staff are nice and friendly. Food looks great and I've heard some good things about it but not tried it yet. It's on the list. I dont think you can use the bar now without eating. Tried the food twice now and it's pretty good honest pub grub! Can't fault it. 3 different meals orders and smashed. Service was great. Reasonably priced too.

Just got back from the hare and hounds. 4 of us and 2 children, we can not say anything negative about the place, food is always excellent, drinks are good and not to pricey. The staff are lovely and the young girl that brought our food was very perlite and smiling all that is what makes a good pub, see you soon keep up the good work

Just had another lovely meal here the food is great. Massive portions cannot fault it been here a few times and never dissappointed would highly reccommend and the staff are great and very attentive. A must try if your hungry for good home cooked food Reserva una mesa ahora

The food here is exceptional and delicious. The portions are generous and beautifully presented. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is cosy. In the summer months the gardens are glorious. I love spending an afternoon dining here.

The 2 of us were heading to the airport from Wakefield and randomly chose the pub to eat at. The service was prompt, atmosphere comfortable, and the food delicious; we both had Lamb shank. I would certainly drive out, to eat here again.

Absolutely delicious lamb shank went large and loved it, really big serving. Went for Sunday lunch 3 adults and sat in back room with no other guests so no real atmosphere from other dinners.

Staff welcoming and friendly, food delicious atmosphere warm, nice steady flow of customers for a Monday, which is always a good sign. see you again soon. Three courses for me next time. Reserva una mesa ahora

First time ever today been here and all I'm gonna say is ... staff fantastic. Food extra amazing and all all home cooked. Atmosphere friendly. Prices good. Will I return... Omg yes
