When I studied abroad in 2005, I was here often. I was there only last month and it was as good as before. Definitely check if you want a change from all the carvings and want to fill your face. The service is excellent to boot.

very tasty eating, authentic, served on metal plates directly taken from the often. beautiful and friendly staff. eat here every time I visit Freiburg. vegan friendly.

Summary: eating was good, but honestly I found nothing extraordinary. I had an salate with truthahn, which was quite average in taste.

Excellent food, very fast and attentive service, plus moderate prices. Book it! Often very full, clear at such a good atmosphere.
