Hart's Fried Chicken

I have given this place a try numerous times. I understand there can be a wait due to staffing. But prices ring up different than posted and order incorrect. My recent visit I didn't expect to long of a wait as all I ordered was a 1 piece kids meal. Well it took too long. I was asking for refund when Manager stated it was ready. Again I do understand it may take a little long but that was unacceptable. I love the food here but the pricing and service can sometimes outweigh.

I would not recommend Hard Chicken in Saraland. The staff is rude and service is slow. I waited for 15 minutes without a response on the intercom. When I drove up to the window, the woman looked at me, rolled her eyes, and walked away. To top it off, when I got home, I discovered that they forgot to give me my beans and rolls. I truly wish I could give them zero stars.

June 27th 2023. My husband and I got the chicken tender dinner and it was a little wait. But it was worth it. Absolutely delicious. Probably the best chicken tenders we've ever had. All the sides were delicious also. Whoever was cooking around 3 pm in Saraland deserves a raise. We will be back very soon. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

I'm not usually a fan of Hart's, but this particular location is consistently delicious because the food is fresh. Just be prepared to wait about 20-30 minutes for your order. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.

Chicken was great. They DID get the order wrong after I repeated it three times. It happens they were busy but it was a bummer getting home with too few rolls and tots.
