I just had the best Whataburger experience of my life. I drive into the Mobile area from Athens Georgia to visit family from time to time, and this Whataburger is always my first stop in the area. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the food was fresh! Honestly, even though Whataburger is my favorite fast food restaurant, I have always viewed Whataburger's fries as their only weak point. Let me tell you, those fresh and so hot you could barely hold them fries I got tonight changed my opinion. The SLOWEST, most mismanaged Whataburger on the face of the Earth! They keep the dining room closed after hours now. I have no clue why they ever put two drive thrus here because they never use them. It usually takes 15-30 minutes to go through the drive thru. I used to call in a breakfast order back when this place was ran properly and could run inside to pick it up quickly. Now they make you go through the drive thru and wait with everyone else that didn't call in an order if you're there before they open the dining room. What's the point of calling in an order if you're just gonna make me wait 30 minutes in the drive thru? The food is mediocre compared to the old Whataburger down the road...

I gotta say tho they are quite pricey, they're worth it. We stopped here late one early morning and the onion rings were some of the best I've ever had. Unfortunately the onions on my burger were nasty and unpleasant, but the rest of my meal was amazing, especially after working a 14 hour shift and it being almost 2 am. To top off this great place, they actually had unsweetened tea. This place makes McD's look like a joke. I'll gladly spend extra money to get exactly what I order and have it fresh and taste so good. Thank u to the guys who were working the late night shift. I know it can be boring, but for those of us who need something to eat at that time, we thank u.

This was my first visit to Whataburger, and I had heard so many positive things about it. It definitely lived up to the hype. The dining area and restrooms were clean, and the service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The food was delicious, and there was something on the menu for even the pickiest eaters. The meal itself was not worth the $9 price tag, as it was mostly breading with only a small amount of chicken. The Texas toast was unremarkable, but the fries were good, as was the drink. However, the staff member should have repeated our order back to ensure accuracy. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

The food was excellent, and the kids did a fantastic job. They had a lot of fun and kept the customers entertained with their antics. I found myself laughing so much that I barely had time to eat! It’s wonderful to see young children enjoying their work. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

The service was quick and efficient, and the food was delicious. It reminds me of what many fast-casual restaurants aspire to be. Their burgers are even better than those found in most steakhouses, and we happen to be in a city that boasts one of those!
