Harvest - Reservar una mesa

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and though it would be fun to go back to a restaurant we visited when we were dating and continued to enjoy. The history of the chefs that have passed through Harvest is a who's who of Boston cuisine. Totally missed the mark last night. Don't think we can put the issues on the kitchen staff but more on the service. Even during the COVID epidemic with restaurants trying to get back to normal, service in a restaurant like Harvest should be above par Our waiter not very attentive and most importantly our entrees arrived at room temperature. Very disappointing at and each. Our waiter never checked in with us to see if we were pleased with our meals and after picking at our plates for awhile we decided to call it quits. When the waiter came to ask to clear our plates we told him of the lukewarm entrees and all he offered us was a free dessert. We asked to speak to a manager and the assistant manager comped us the two entrees and we called it a night. All the way home we felt ripped off. Our tab was still over since we ordered two salads, sides we never ate and alcohol. Never to return

Duck entree, chicken entree and salad with pecans and cheese were outstanding. However, the peaches and cream dessert was extraordinary and the most delicious dessert I’ve ever tasted. A close was the zucchini cake dessert

The service was slow and one of our entrees was so undercooked it was inedible and was sent back.. The restaurant made little attempt to right the situation

We went to several restaurants and LOVED Harvest the best, dining there twice in days. Good quality food, great service, warm and enjoyable patio area
