Harvester Beech Hurst

On arrival nobody on front desk had to find someone to seat us at pre booked table. Stupidly noisy. The first 3 items ordered they didn’t have. A hair in my partners meal. Salad bowls no use now, plates should be given as we are not serving ourselves and ended up with the 1st thing that went in on its own at the end which was a load of beetroot. Generally poor. Poor waiting times, having to track down our waitress to ask for stuff. Was given 20% off but to be honest wouldn’t bother again

Our starters were cold even still frozen, we wait almost an hour for our main course , to busy for the amount off staff on , we were told our dessert were free as our starter s were cold But on looking at the bill they charged me for

The RESTAURANT is WEEL LAID OUT, AND SUMMARY OF DIVIDER BETWEEN SEATEN. QUITE BUSY OF THE STAFF IN THE WORKING EQUIPMENT OF MAIN ASSESSMENT FOR OUR FOODS AND THE WAITER KINGDOM NOT AS ATTENTIVE AS WE WOULWAVE LIKED

The food was not hot when the served salad area was served untidy long waiting times. Our table was on a very busy way that was bothering. Renovation is ok, but not a high standard

Good service. The food was nice. Good restaurant for young families. The staff was young, but very polite and helpful. Prices have risen since Kovid.
