Harvey's - Reserva de mesa

Although the food is up to Harvey's standards, the service staff at this restaurant is incredibly slow. In addition, out of 6 employees physically there when we visited, only 2 were actually working (taking absolutely no initiative).Other points .... not everybody likes all of the ingredients. The employees used the same utensils to make the burger from the pickles to other ingredients and so on. When mentioned, they could not care any less.Management is to blame. Most of the staff is very young and need proper guidance and supervision.If you are in a hurry, you may want to try another fast food in the area.

Additionally, not all customers will appreciate the use of the same utensils for preparing different ingredients in their dishes. The management should take care of these issues, as most of the employees seem to be inexperienced and in need of guidance. Customers in a hurry may want to consider dining at a different, faster-paced restaurant.

I ordered through skip the dishes for me not to go and pick up at the store, and this is wglhat i got, a burnt patty as u seen on the picture, do you think that this os acceptble if i order at the store? I called the store and they said they're too busy that they cant take my complain.peter the manager should fire the cook.this is a lesson i learned to never get food deliver to your house.

I always liked her. always the same formula, burgers whose ingredients are chosen with a good onion puck! In my opinion the best chain of junk food.

the restaurant was very dirty, the sticky floors, our feet stuck on the floor, our meat seemed boiled rather than cooked with charcoal wood
