Mixed bag here… Online waitlist was ineffective and hostess was rude. The table next to us went to the bathroom (single dad and his child) and returned to find their food bussed already. However the food was good and the coffee was divine. Worth giving another shot, probably was a rough day.

Used open table to reserve and it did actually take longer than expected to get seated. Had to check in to see where we were at on the list and then was seated promptly. Once seated the atmosphere was nice, enjoyed the music and food was delicious

Made me wait in the waitlist for no reason. It doesn’t even work. I called back the next day to ask why I never got a table after waiting for 2 hours. She said they prioritize people who show up in person. So the waitlist is pointless.

We were seated after people who were not on the wait list. Then our order was “lost”. Then one of our party members orders came out incorrect. Have eaten here before and had a good experience but this visit left a lot to be desired. Reserva una mesa ahora

I do enjoy coming here and the food is always yummy but they sure do pack it in and it makes for a very loud and somewhat unenjoyable experience when you’re sharing a bench with strangers that are yelling over all the noise.

The entire restaurant was FREEZING basically the whole time. Hard to enjoy food when it’s so cold and you have to keep your winter coat on

21st birthday Very loud. Had to practically scream to talk across the table.
