"The portion size is quite small at this restaurant. My husband is a chef, so we know what a small portion looks like. However, their kabab tasted like a kids' meal. We requested salad to go with our kababs but did not receive any at all."

AVOID!! No-one expects 5 star food from a Kebab shop but the quality and the service I received today was truly awful. The food was re-fried, yet cold on arrival The chicken burger was dry and tasteless. the chicken kebab was chewy and full of grizzle, the lamb kebab was dry and the pitta was stale. On contacting the restaurant, the simple owner told me to have one of his pizzas instead as they are apparently better than what i ordered. I would strongly recommend using Kaspien 's or The Kebabery when ordering in Harlow as the standard at these restaurants eclipse the standard at Munchies Pizza Hasty tasty Kebabs. I can only imagine that the restaurant was having a slow day or the business is...
I ordered from this restaurant and was told it would take 45 minutes for delivery. It ended up taking over 1 hour and 30 minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm. The wedges were burnt and the chicken shish was completely charred and dry. The salad was limp and unappetizing. This was the worst kebab I have ever had, without a doubt. I tried to take a photo to show how bad it was, but it wouldn't load. I will definitely not be ordering from this place again. I called to let them know how awful the meal was and they said they would send a new one, but I am still waiting.
I typically don't leave reviews, but there's a first time for everything. I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for two kebabs, and was misled three times over the phone about the status of my order. Despite being a loyal customer, I was promised a free order next time, only to be accused of seeking a free meal when I followed up. The owner hung up on me three times. If you enjoy waiting over two hours for your food and dealing with rude customer service, then this place is for you. There are plenty of other takeaways that deliver within the 45-60 minute timeframe they advertise.
The sfc chicken was dry and didn’t appear to appear to fresh. Service was abysmal. Would not let us pay for cheese as an extra in the kids burger because it was grated. Asked for sprite with the children’s meals as it was a treat but they don’t do fizzy drinks with the kids meals. Apparently we should know this but on just eat it just says served with a drink. Very rude lady. For anyone that actually wants to eat here it is actually pizza place if you need to find it.
