Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar is a true delight for sushi lovers. I visited for lunch and was instantly taken by the warm and inviting atmosphere, along with the prompt and attentive service. The handrolls, featuring crispy nori, perfectly seasoned sushi rice, and generous fillings, provided a memorable experience. The seared salmon belly nigiri was simply outstanding—it melted in my mouth. I tried the five hand roll selection, and the crab roll emerged as my favorite. A tip: be sure to explore their secret menu, which includes an A5 Wagyu handroll that you definitely shouldn’t miss. If you appreciate high-quality sushi and handrolls, Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar should be at the top of your must-visit...

I love sushi and have eaten at a number of restaurants in the DFW area trying to find the place to go to satisfy my tastebuds as I am very picky in regards to sushi. Some of my top places are Shinjuku Station, Uchi, Uchiba, and Little Lilly’s but this place is by far my favorite for sushi. There is something about the quality of the fish and how it is prepared that cannot be replicated and seriously just sings in my mouth when I eat it. I swear, I come out of this place with a huge smile on my face. There is always a line and it is expensive but all of it is well worth it.

Unlike most establishments where you order your rolls and they serve everything at once, here you sit at the bar, and the chef prepares each piece right in front of you, placing it directly on your plate. As soon as you finish one piece, he hands you the next one—your food is never left sitting around. It's prepared fresh as you’re ready to enjoy it. The creativity in some of the dishes was remarkable. This has officially become my favorite sushi restaurant in the metroplex, and I don't say that lightly. It's that exceptional!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant with excellent service and truly amazing food. The sushi here is among the best I've ever had. The quality of the fish is unparalleled, and the flavor combinations are remarkable while still highlighting the fish itself. The cherry blossom Hamachi was outstanding, and the uni was nothing short of spectacular. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. The hour-long wait for a table is definitely worth it! Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Reserva una mesa ahora

I’m genuinely surprised that this restaurant has an overall rating of less than 5 stars. After reading through some reviews, it’s clear that some people may have unrealistic expectations! We lived in Fort Worth for a year and visited Hatsayuki several times a week, always having fantastic experiences. The food is fresh, the service is excellent, and it’s worth every penny. Food: 5 stars.

If you’re looking for convenient parking on Foche, it can be quite tricky, although you might get lucky occasionally. However, there’s a spacious parking lot behind Farrington Field on Lancaster that is free during the weekdays and costs $15 on weekends, including Friday evenings after 6 PM. It’s just a short walk from the restaurant. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner

It was my first visit to Hatsuyuki, as well as my first time in Texas. A friend took me to this restaurant, and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, just like many of the locals I encountered. The food was delicious and reasonably priced compared to New York. If I make my way back to Fort Worth, I will certainly stop by Hatsuyuki again! Food: 5/5

I had an amazing dining experience here. This place is surely among the top five sushi restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Each dish was meticulously prepared and beautifully presented. I highly recommend it! Reserva una mesa ahora

This was one of my favorite sushi experiences in Texas. In my view, it's the best sushi in North Texas! It was truly a delight. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
