Decided to stop by here on a Wednesday night after going to the mall, and we were so glad we did! The place was pretty empty, and we made it to happy hour (M F 4 7pm), which was fantastic! We ordered margaritas and sangria for $7 and empanadas are half priced (around $1.75 ea) which were super delicious. I loved the food (very authentic Cuban we ordered pernil, frijoles, arroz amarillo, tostones, vaca frita) and our server/ bartender was really nice and attentive. The interior was my favorite, who doesn't love palm trees?! It literally felt like we were in a restaurant on an island. I highly recommend going here!
It was an enjoyable evening. At first we were a little leary that it wasnât going to live up to our expectations. We have been disappointed by a few other Cuban and Puerto Rican cuisines in the past. Havana central did deliver in all aspects. Music food drinks ambiance and excellent service. This will be our new spot. Looking forward to band night. I new of HC in Manhattan, we also tried some bites at the taste of middlesex. Well they have won us over. Also great flan.
I really enjoy the food at Havana Central. However, every time I order delivery, there is always something missing from my order. This time, I am missing 2 sodas. I want to continue ordering from this restaurant because the food is so tasty, but the frustration of receiving incomplete orders is starting to outweigh the benefits.
I ordered the Tour of Havana and found it to be very disappointing. The flavors did not meet my expectations, and the pork was extremely fatty while the chicken was overcooked. I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to for this meal because it was particularly bad in my opinion.

First time coming here and I do not regret it. It really reminded me of being down in Miami at a Cuban Resturant or something. I sat at the bar and enjoyed the vibes. The food , service, ambiance, and decor was 10/10. I’d surely come back without hesitation.
I went to eat dinner with my husband and the vibe is cute, music is great. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The drinks are amazing food is good, nice portions. We had a great time over all and will absolutely be returning.
The empanadas were terrible, which was really disappointing. The dough was soggy and not crispy at all. These were definitely the worst empanadas I've ever tried.
Party of 5 for a birthday party. Seating was nice, food was delicious and the birthday celebration was great.

I tried the new spinach and broccoli flavor of Empanada Sampler, but wasnt a big fan.
The food was really amazing!!!!! The service was good and quick.
