I love taking the pre-made volcano and trying other meats or substitutes, on a bed of brown rice, but its a bit spicy for classical Minnesotans, so be careful. I am not sure how there are so many good reviews and that people aren't getting sick. The place is very clean and the workers are polite.However...I watched them filling fresh fresh on top of old fish and when I inquired about that it was brought to my attention that they don't throw out the fish or start fresh each day with fish but just keep adding new fish to the serving containers and don't ever throw out yesterday's fish. I cant believe in a sushi place strict care isn't taken to only serve fresh fish each day. It's my understanding that some fish could be days old because it isn't ordered often.

Not a raw fish eater but still able to find some delicious food here!Always create a chicken bowl with a lot of the veggie toppings and it tastes great! (I get pretty much every topping they have haha)My favorite sauce combo I have had so far is the citrus with the sweet chiliThe only thing I wish is the chicken very likely costs way less than sourcing quality raw fish so I wish that cost would be reflected in the price as well by making the chicken a dollar cheaper.4.5 stars would recommend even if you don't like raw fish someone in your friend group wants poke

I have not had a bad poke bowl from here yet. Really fresh ingredients and fun flavors. Definitely a work place lunch staple. Dietary restrictions: You can make your own bowl with whatever you want to restrict. Parking: Depending on the time and day it can be slightly hard to get a spot but overall I have not had an issue. Wonderful fresh ingredients and inventive poke bowls. The tuna bowl is always my go-to and never fails to satisfy. The smaller bowl amazing crunch salad is also a great go-to when you want something smaller.
