This location is relatively new, but the furniture shows some wear and tear on the seating. The food was served promptly and was delicious; everything was hot and just how I ordered it. I came in with some reservations based on a previous visit, but this time my experience far exceeded my expectations. The seating is comfortable, although the air conditioning was quite cold, especially given the pouring rain outside. I look forward to returning with high hopes for another great meal.
This location is the largest of the nearby Ono Hawaii BBQ restaurants. There are many staff members working each shift, likely because they have a drive-thru. The restaurant is very clean and offers plenty of indoor seating, as well as some outdoor seating that would be great for the current outdoor dining trend, although it is currently closed off. We enjoyed the $5 specials and will definitely be returning for more!
I absolutely love ONO! The food is delicious. I typically use the drive-thru, and it's important to be patient and not be in a hurry, as it can take some time to receive your order. I believe this is because they take the time to prepare everything well. The staff have always been so friendly, and I hope they continue to maintain that level of service.
My wife and I enjoy the Hawaiian food very much,we have try many Hawaiian food from others Hawaiian restaurants. We enjoy the food at Ono Hawaiian BBQ everything is made fresh and order to made. Food is great, large portions. My husband and split a 2item plate plus an order of musubi. The cooks can only cook so fast, plus they have a drive thru to handle. Be patient everyone!
The staff are incredibly friendly and attractive. While the drive-thru could be a bit quicker, overall, I had the best experience of my life ordering food from this place!
The island white fish is PHENOMENAL. Crispy outside and tender, moist inside. They have a drive thru which is soooo helpful. It's just the drive thru takes awhile.
