Hearth '61 At Mountain Shadows

This place was absolutely amazing! Everything, from the food to the beautiful scenery. I couldn't be more impressed. The staff was so patient and kind, I had two kiddos with me. And they had great recommendations. I ordered the Prime Rib French Dip, andlet me tell you...it was to die for! Cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of horseradish, that dish was definitelysomething to return for! I would highly recommend this place for a date night or even a lunch date! It was wonderful!

Had a wonderful dinner at Hearth ?61 tonight. The atmosphere was modern yet inviting, and the food was incredibly fresh and delicious. Denis was our waiter, and he went out of his way to make sure we were pleased. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back.

One of my favorite resort restaurants! Though I have eaten there several times, the lobster bisque was a favorite along with the short ribs. I was just in for lunch this week and ordered the steak frites with the blue cheese fondue and oh my gosh was it delicious!
