We were a bit confused to begin with as the sign outside says "The Brew Coffee House" and the door says "He Brews". The barista inside told us that they also own a coffee shop in Bowser named The Brew Coffee House and they are merging and becoming a franchise. So, looks like they will soon just be called The Brew Coffee House. Discovered they use fair trade arabica coffee from Guatemala and roast their own beans every 2-3 days. The beans come from a high altitude farm on the slope of a volcano which coffee roasters know produce excellent beans. My friend and I ordered just regular coffees, although he has the usual selections of Latte and cappuccino. I had the dark roast. I was in a state of awe. The owner roasts his coffee on site. The coffee is the smoothest I've ever had in a really long time. It was so good, I bought a pound of his coffee and another cup for the road.

Called in to Hebrews after the Saturday market and got the best coffees which we have had in 7 weeks travelling through Canada. As Australians we are spoilt for choice, so if was extremely refreshing to receive such a good coffee from a very keen barrister

Can't say much as I just whipped in to grab a coffee to go ... but it was a damn good coffee. Smooth and full-bodied, no bitterness, fresh-roast-tasting. I'll have to go in and sit down if I am in Qualicum Beach again. Reserva una mesa ahora

HeBrews has the Best fresh roasted coffee Beans. The Chai is also fabulous. The baking is always nice and fresh. Great soups and sandwhiches. Friendly staff, and comfortable surroundings. The Gelato is fabulous

What a nice quiet place for great coffee and a muffin the smell of coffee when you fit go in is great friendly staff great place for some peace and quite will go back again☺

My husband frequently picks up their specialty beans--and invariably a treat--to bring home. Every cookie, square and muffin he has chosen have been delicious!

I don't know how I've missed this little cafe. Great location and service! I recommend their Cafe americano and a freshly baked muffi .
