I often come into the Grill to pick up lunch or breakfast. Or a drink. Everyone is very friendly and kind. Everyone from those working the counter to the chef Oscar to the owner Ana are eager to listen and help accommodate special orders. The place is clean and I can see the kitchen is clean from the ordering counter. Some places hide their kitchen or food prep areas. The Grill does not: they have nothing to hide. Recently I had them cater a huge lunch I had at a nearby school where I help to teach classes and seminars in English, Spanish, Hindi, Tagalog and American Sign Language. My first time trying this restaurant, and my first exposure to Pupusas. I got bean and cheese and they were delicious. I love cornbread, and the cornmeal taste of these was just what I hoped. The lightly pickled cabbage and other veggies that came with it were a great complement. I got take-out, there is some seating, but not a lot. Prices are great, and their empanadas are the BEST in the area.The smoothies/juices are also really good. It is a small place, without much atmosphere but the food is really good, and the employees are so nice so perfect to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner because they open at 7am already (7am 7pm, 7 dys a week).Ps: empanada prices still show as $1 on Google Maps, but were increased to $1.50
I opted for a breakfast plater this morning something I never really get anywhere I always just get breakfast sandwiches but the plater was amazing just like everything else that I love there had the bacon , pancakes and toast with scrabble eggs and toast as a long time resident of the heights 40+ years I'am so glad this place is here blessing to our community

LOVE THIS SPOT! Such a huge variety at fair prices. They also will make you things not on the menu. The ladies here treat you like your at a families home. Cozy spot with limited seating. I usually do my laundry next door and grab food there. Couldn't recommend more.
AMAZING FOOD AMAZING FAST SERVICE! I order chicken cotoletta sandwich , quesadilla with chicken , BBQ ribs and rice..and everything was so fresh and delicious..is really hard find good food in the area specially with this prices !! Good job guys see u soon !!

Food is great and service is very friendly. Nothing to complain about here. I particularly enjoy the homemade empanadas.
