Heilig-Geist-Spital

Restaurant built on the grounds of the old hospital. Very authentic German food. And many German people eat there... a good sign! The Schnitzel winery was fabulous! The Bratbeef was also good, but we found the engraving rather too sweet and the potatoes pour quite strange. The fried potatoes are a must! Delicious and good service.

First stop at Nuremberg. No wait at 5pm. Great atmosphere, great waiter, great food and beer! My husband, daughter and I shared the meat platter which has different cuts of meat, sauerkraut, roasted potatoes, horseradish over garlic butter and gravy. Even my picky eating 6 y/o enjoyed the food!

Cozy atmosphere, with candles and diffuse light. Very big portions and tasty food. At the same time also the price is big, but proportional to food and place. Great service too!
