Let me do my best to put this in chronological order. On November 28th, Tuesday, I called and spoke with Melissa and made reservations for my wife and I for this evening December 1st. At the time of my booking, I asked Melissa if I 'm able to use my $100 gift certificate (cash) with a discount coupon and she said yes and explained the process on their tier system for using it. My daughter worked at a store next to Heirloom Bistro since they opened. She always told my wife and I how wonderful they are. Well last night we finally made it there. It was not wonderful. It was exceptional. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Thank you Sharon and Stephanie for a truly memorable evening. This place is truly a gem in Myrtle Beach. The food, service, and drinks are exceptional. This was my wife and I's second visit, and it did not disappoint. We started with the Burrata, Beef Wellington, and goat cheese appetizers, all of which were flavorful and delicious. For our main courses, I ordered the ribeye and my wife had the branzini, both of which were excellent. Our server was attentive and provided great recommendations. The cocktails were fantastic, and they graciously accommodated our requests for changes and suggestions. We will definitely return and are already looking forward to our next dining experience!

This is our fourth visit to Heirloom Bistro and another great meal. They have changed their menu from prix fixe to a standard menu with specials, but the food and atmosphere are the stars here. It is our favorite restaurant and among the very best for foodies. We chose the mixed grill special this night. The steak was done perfectly and the shrimp and chicken were a great complement. As always each course could stand on its own, salad, soups, and desserts are always well thought out and served with a flair. If you are in the area or live here, give them a try. You won't regret it.
Our first time at Heirloom Bistro but won’t be our last. Two couples of us had dinner on a Friday night. The drinks, appetizers, entrees, deserts and service were so good. We had the Burrata appetizer and entrees of prime filet and stuffed flounder. Everything was so fresh and tasty. The service and atmosphere also made for a perfect evening.
Everything we ordered was delicious! We will certainly return. Stephanie was an outstanding server—she was knowledgeable, attentive, and very friendly.
