Sat at speaker for almost 5 mins before someone poked their head out the window waving us up. So unfriendly. No hi, nothing. Ordered ice cream in a waffle cup. Girl can back and said the had no waffle cups after I paid. I asked what could be substituted and she said nothing. Handed me the ice cream, dripping everywhere and shuts the window. Had to honk to get her to come back and ask for napkins. She hands them to me and slams the window. 3rd time here and they’re always rude.

Amazing ice cream place. They also sell great Mexican snacks and food like nachos, aguas frescas, fresh real lemonade and more.

Could be cleaner. Hole-in-the wall themed helado shop with fresh ingredients and cold treats prepared on site.
