LOVED the brisket, and also the turkey. We have the family dinner so we can try as much as possible. Sausage, chicken and pulled pig also amazing. Pork ribs only suffered in comparison when we tried everything before. If you only get ribs, you will not be disappointed, but the rest of the meat is even better!! The best side by far was the brussel sprouts. AMAZING!!! the rest was very good except for the Cole Slav. I thought something was missing. It is a lot of food for 3 people, but we drove 1 1/2 hours to try it, so wanted to take extras home. We get at least 2, maybe 3 more meals from it!

Five stars for the delicious sausage, pickles and potato bread! Sweet tea was also good, but my favourite was the pimples, sausages and bread. My husband ordered the sandwich and he loved it with a brownish Bbq sauce. Potato salad was too sour for my pleasure. I am more of the Mayo potato salad fan and I am always asked to do it for church events and parties. The place has plenty of space and you should definitely call in your order to avoid long lunch line!

Large semi-new bbq joint, north of Waco. They must be good because they were from chicken and sausage. We decided to get a little brisket and brisket chili. Both were fantastic. Moist with a good outer bark. The chili had a brisket in every spoon bite. Nice people. I asked if we need something several times. Go there early so you can choose from the whole menu.

Flavor-out of this world, 5 star. Prices-also out of this world 1 star. We got a 1 lb beef rib because they had ran out of everything else on the Sunday we went by 3pm; Mac and cheese, chicken jumbo with pecan pie and it was 74 dollars. 1 beef rib! Where half of it was fat and the other half was bone. Everything was delicious, but my gosh it was expensive.

Everything was so good. Good food, good customer service and the place is tidy. We had the trinity which consists of brisket, pork ribs, links, 2 sides and a pint of banana pudding for $80 that feeds 5 people.
