rude attitude. I bought 4 bottles of sweeter weine within 2 minutes, the waitress treated me without geduld and speak rude. I was just wondering if they were discounting because last time I came here and buy wein the chef told me I can buy 6 bottles and get discounted he also showed me the website price. the waitress just didn't say a discount rude and only treat well after I paid. Do they feel satisfied with their customer service and treat them so Chinese people? if I post this on the Chinese test platform, fewer Chinese will go to their place.
The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, but while we were having fun and chatting—since we were celebrating a hen party—we were told to be quiet, which was quite rude. I found this unnecessary, especially since we had paid good money to enjoy our day out. It really detracted from the experience, which I think is a shame!
I am absolutely disgusted with the service at this restaurant. They charged us twice despite our reservation being made three months in advance, and we received no prior notification about this issue. The customer service was terrible when we spoke to the manager. I am very disappointed with the new management.
