Be sure add the fruit coconut topping for an extra $1 if you feel like a real treat add an F,N,G Bar, Figs, Nuts, Dates OMG!!! Everything...here is delicious very generous servings! Can get busy on weekends holidays, be patient, its worth it... Drop by to Helen's Wholefood Pantry next door for all your healthy goodies to take home, chemical, organic, toxic free products from head to toe. If you cant eat it, dont put it in, or on your body. Fantastic business Helen, I can't resist treating myself to the Acai Bowls at least a coupla times a week! Mmmm.....Mmmmm....
I thought that this restaurant would appreciate the support from locals during these tough times, but instead I was surprised with an extra 15% surcharge for being a public holiday, even though I was only getting takeaway. The same girl who has served me before, with a complete lack of care and a dull personality, served me again today. A simple smile would have made a difference! Moreover, the prices are too high - $47 for 2 small Acai bowls and a large banana smoothie. Thank you, Helen, for your years of service, but I think I will take my business elsewhere to someone who actually cares. Goodbye.
I had waited for 14 minutes for a juice in the heat strongly pregnant, I asked the dame at the switch if my juice would be much longer than if it was not started, I would simply cancel the order and hop into the car...as I felt weak. she went out of the move, got the juice and gave it to me among others and grabbed me, “just to let her know that it was only 8 minutes” I asked her to repeat herself because she certainly wasn’t as rude as I thought she was. out of curiosity, I saw my bank transaction time to see that if 15 minutes ago they were out of the way...not 8 times when they had to fly
only wow! all about this caffe is excellent from their açai dishes to their service, nothing compares. the staff is so friendly and helpful with catering for all nutritional needs and wishes. the caffe itself is adorable, so close to the beach, ideal for sunny...days the new owners seem to be very involved with their employees and regular customers, they have made a really good work to create an endearing ambiente. they would recommend visiting this caffe when they are in burleigh!

This restaurant has a wide selection of acai bowls as well as other dishes like coco whip and wraps. It's a great example of how healthy food can be delicious and nutritious. My favorite is the Coco Crunch bowl, topped with coconut yogurt and toasted coconut bites that are incredibly tasty. It's also filled with healthy seeds for added crunch. I absolutely love it.
It’s a bit disappointing that the toppings are quite minimal and hardly any fruit is used. Also, the fruit that is used is frozen (at the least one I had with raspberries) I also paid for a large but received a small. Other than that,...the staff are pretty friendly and service was quick.
Helen’s cafe juice bar has the best acai at the gold coast! I have tried many different places that serve acai on the gc and helen is by far my favorite because of the cost and taste. her peanut butter is meant for. to die!
As a family, we stumbled across Helen's on James St as a breakfast option, and came back again because it was so good. Healthy options, my kids loved them and they were well looked after with their allergy issues.

the best açai dish I've ever tasted. general offer including granola top and bottom. quality ingredients. great atmosphere. highly recommended. sandwiches in the cabinet look fantastic! I'll be back.
Helen's Cafe in Burleigh offers the best acai bowls on the coast. The staff is wonderful and there is a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend Helen's Cafe to anyone in the area!
