it is hard to overstate the gross incompetence, lack of comprehension and lack of willingness to help on par of the phone staff. their aim is to dodge the question in any possible way, without giving any effort or thought in which way they could help, eager to drop the call ASAP and return to playing phone in the workplace
Why would I make an appointment online to go and sit in a service center waiting for my appointment anyways. How come other states, like Florida, can print IDs on the spot and we have to wait weeks for them? It's not the staffs fault but a broken system that our state government is doing nothing to fix.
I visited this service center to obtain a short-term handicapped certificate. After waiting for an hour and a half, the staff member who assisted me was very rude. She didn't explain what was going on and appeared to take pleasure in my frustration. I will never return here again.

Made an appointment but still get told to get a number and wait . There is no point of making an appointment. Workers are slow and rude . They need to fire everyone there and get all new staff ! With proper training .

I had a fantastic experience at this location after a disappointing visit to the Maple Grove branch. Everyone was incredibly friendly, especially Yaa, who assisted me.

"Excellent and prompt service. We were seated quickly, placed our order, and received our food almost immediately. It did get crowded around 9:30 PM. Overall, the food was tasty, but I wasn't a fan of the dry rub as it lacked sufficient seasoning. Despite that, it was a good experience overall."
