First of all, this place is not actually open 24 hours. We arrived around 9:10 PM on a Monday, two weeks ago, and through the window, we could see several people (both adults and children) sitting at a table near the door. The signs on the entrance suggested that the dining room should still be open, but when we tried to enter, all the doors seemed to be locked. When we went to another door, we noticed that one of the employees had propped it open, presumably to let their guests out.
When the employee returned and noticed us trying to enter, she informed us that the dining room was closed because the drink machine wasn't working. As a result, we had to use the drive-thru, where our food was...
So, my mom decided to go back inside to address the issue. We politely explained that we had received the wrong order, but the manager responded with an attitude, as if we were lying about our order. Despite my mom clearly stating she wanted the spicy sandwich, he seemed skeptical. Eventually, he handed us the correct sandwich, but the whole experience was quite frustrating.
I wouldn’t recommend this place; it was not a good experience overall.
I had a highly unsatisfactory experience at this restaurant. The staff closed earlier than expected and turned us away when we attempted to place our order. They also made assumptions about our political views simply because we were driving a truck. The service was the worst I've ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you're concerned about being welcomed.
My child was very excited to get a Happy Meal for a quick weeknight dinner after a soccer game as fast food isn't something we get very often (though of course he was most excited for the toy); we went through the drive-thru. When we got home the HappyMeal didn't have a toy but I did then have a crying and disappointed 5 year old.

Terrible customer service! The manager was rude, and I waited over 10 minutes just to place my order without receiving any apology. It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced!
This location is consistently bustling, which might explain the frequent mix-ups with my orders. Nevertheless, the food is generally delicious, and the fries are always fresh.
