The food was outstanding. The flavors of the striped bass and the shrimp and grits were exquisite. The sauce accompanying the striped bass was incredibly flavorful. The service was excellent as well; our server checked in on us frequently, and the owner even stopped by our table to share the history of the restaurant along with details about their dishes and drinks. If you enjoy Cajun cuisine, this is definitely a place worth visiting. The spices were bold and authentic, just how they should be.
Our favorite bites were the goat cheese salad, the biscuit, and the sticky toffee cake. Halfway through the salad my wife said, this is worthwhile coming back just for this alone! I found the crawfish etoufee to be a bit hot for my taste and the crawfish were not like what I remember from dining in New Orleans, though I admit that was a million years ago. My wife found the shrimp and grits to be good, but salty to her taste. Still....the salad and desert were outstanding.
Two of us shared the pork chop, persimmon salad, and biscuit, and everything was excellent and just the right portion. We made a late reservation and ended up sitting outside on the patio on a chilly night, but the heater kept us nice and warm. My cocktail was fantastic as well. I only wish I had discovered this place sooner—I can’t wait to come back!
A fun Louisiana-style restaurant. Shrimp and grits and other classics served with culinary flair. I did the five-course with wine pairings, and it was great. Quality wines and a nice variety of well-prepared food. Nothing bad to say about this place.

Incredible food and service. We ordered off menu this time (prix fixe last time) and everything was terrific. Fried oysters, gumbo, shrimp and grits and the steak were highlights. Owners that understand customer service and wants; a hidden gem.
We picked the restaurant according to the reviews on this page , as we arrived the place looks amazing from the outside but the inside it’s like stepping into a cult like place the food was ok nothing to be returned to sadly
The foods were excellent. Particularly liked the biscuits, crawfish étouffée, shrimps and grits, strip steaks. Loved the decor. A bit noisy but otherwise everything was good. Will definitely return.
Fantastic food and excellent service! We visited while attending the Rose Bowl and appreciated the WSP reference in the name. They truly exceeded our expectations!
