This place has been steadily declining and tonight reached an ultimately low. We eat here fairly regularly because of gluten and dairy allergies and generally clean diets. Every time we order we make it VERY clear using exclamation points and all caps to indicate allergies. I get almost halfway into my meal when I notice a funny taste. I look and one of the burger patties is covered in cheese. I have a severe lactose intolerance and an autoimmune disease which is triggered by dairy. It will take months before my antibodies will come down which means my body will attack my organ for months because of this. That's not a minor mistake. Met the owners through my work and decided to try them out. Super cool market/wine bar/restaurant with a counter order, deliver to table style. Their concept is all organic, all the time. Busy a good sign when I got there and was recognized by owner and offered and friendly greeting. Got tomato basil soup and the Herban Smash burger minus pickles (just not a pickle fan) and water over $20 with a tip. The soup was good really pale Orange/yellow with not much basil flavor. LOVE this place!! It's definitely on the pricey side, so be prepared for your wallet to feel a little lighter once you've left. But in my humble opinion, it's well worth at least one visit if you're in the area. In the middle of a cross country trip, we made this our first stop before hitting the road again one morning. The avocado toast was insane (see photo of me devouring said toast) and exactly what I needed to start the day on the right foot. I had an amazing breakfast at this restaurant! The food was fresh, delicious, and made with high-quality ingredients. I can't wait to return, but make sure to arrive early to avoid any parking or seating issues due to the rush. Service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was great. HB is so worth the drive from Smyrna to Franklin! The food is always delicious and fresh, and the service is always phenomenal. I'm a loyal customer for life! I visit this restaurant frequently and have noticed a change in the chicken salad pita. I am not a fan of the new version. I hope they go back to the original dish so that I can continue to dine here! The service is good and I typically come for lunch, spending around $20-30 per person.

We waited for nearly 40 minutes for our food to arrive at the table, and no one apologized for the delay. It seemed like the customers weren't valued. The food was rated a 5, while the service received a 1 and the atmosphere a 2.

I had the Apple Kombucha and the Cajun Salmon Tacos for lunch and I loved them both. I also liked the vibe and the layout. I'll definitely be coming back to try some other items on the menu.
