our friends recommended to give this restaurant another chance. the last time after it reopened was a catastrophe, but now under the extremely professional efficient manager Laura..it was terrific! the terrace is spacious and offers comfortable seating. Lounge style couch chairs to...chill on or regular dining and chairs to enjoy meals. the brandise offers shade in most part the terrace. but can be set and opened as desired. theresa our server was friendly and renewed our trust in the service again. she was very annoying and efficient with her service. Lucas came to our table and we got him with the improvements that were made over the board! I look forward to adding this special restaurant...
Wir hatten insgesamt leider keinen erfreulichen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war zwar schön und die Regendusche top, jedoch war es sehr dunkel. Beim Frühstück herrschten Chaos und mangelnde Sauberkeit: Es wurde kaum abgeräumt, Besteck nicht nachgelegt und ein verschmutzter Tisch wurde erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung gereinigt. Der Spa-Bereich wirkt in die Jahre gekommen, zudem war die Musik bei der Sauna-Zeremonie so laut, dass sie bis in den Ruheraum dröhnte. Besonders enttäuschend: Trotz zweimaliger Nachfrage und Auslösung über das Bedienteil im Zimmer haben wir keinen Turn-Down-Service erhalten – das erwarte ich in einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Unser Aufenthalt im Grand Tirolia Hotel Kitzbühel war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und direkt mit einem Gläschen Champagner begrüßt. Ein wunderbarer Start, der sofort Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen ließ. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns das kostenlose Zimmerupgrade. Das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet, großzügig und mit einer Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt, Bergblick inklusive. Man merkt dem gesamten Hotel an, wie viel Wert auf Qualität, Details und freundlichen Service gelegt wird. Ein Hotel, das nicht nur Luxus verspricht, sondern ihn auch lebt. Insgesamt nicht schlecht, kann aber mit dem Kitzhof nicht mithalten, obwohl ein Stern mehr. Am Frühstück gibt es alles, Qualität könnte etwas besser sein. Zum Beispiel sind Wurst und Käse Massenware aus abgepackten Verpackungen. Das Fondue im Restaurant Eichenheim war köstlich. Der Spabereich bietet alles. Allerdings ist der Innenpool ziemlich verbaut, kaum Sicht. Auch beim Außenpool keine Sicht was bei der Hanklage des Hotels eigentlich möglich sein sollte.

we ate here two nights as a guest in the hotel, a family of four with two children. the food was beautiful and there were many choices. there is a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the golf course and the atmosphere was beautiful. from eating to choice for children, so that no special provisions to demand. the kalbspasta was a firm favorite for all and the service was fast and friendly. we would recommend this restaurant to any family.
Poor service.. Poorer food.. Asian fusion it definitely was not.. Terrible value for money.. Empty plates sat on the table for 20mins. Eventually my partner took them up to the bar herself!! Where the kitchen hand walked past them several times.. Very disappointed..
in the grand tirolia hotel we stayed for lunch, afternoon and evening dinner in the restaurant. every time we were very satisfied by eating and service. very child-friendly (kid chair, they fit the size of the dishes.
Our first evening we spent in the Golf Bistro in Grand Tirolia. Attentive staff and great food accompanied by nice wine. My favourite was goose consommé and a nice piece of medium rare beef. An overall satisfaction.
