Heritage Inn Convention Centre

The continental breakfast is a start I’m currently sitting in the dining area there is cereal thank god but no toast or anything and extra charge for juice, they should at least have bread you can toast my sister didn’t want anything, and the showers in the room was gross there was hair from a previous guest in there and the service was pretty bad I would recommend somewhere else Rooms: 2

Always a good stay. Rooms are clean. Breakfast in restaurant is very good. Sometimes susceptible to noise from the highway but all the hotels in Cranbrook are. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Kid-friendly

The staff were terrible, the breakfast was not what was advertised, the toilet did work I had to fix it the only thing positive was that it was easy to get to. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3

Great place for the price. Older but well kept and clean. Good breakfast. No elevator as older buildings. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value

The AC is so Laud! Some of the ppl are nice They said, breakfast is free, and after you eat, they makes you pay. So, i do not recommend this place.
